🧠 Today, I openly share how my perspective on porn—and all forms of addiction—has shifted. I no longer see the addiction itself as the problem, but rather the shame, guilt, and self-loathing we carry around behaviors we've been taught are “bad” or “wrong.”
💡 My hope is to shed light on a different way of seeing addiction. Instead of running, fighting, or avoiding, what if we embraced these energies? What if we learned from them—let them shape us, strengthen us, and guide us back to ourselves?
🔥 These impulses aren’t here to destroy us. They’re here to awaken something deeper—our power, our awareness, our capacity for growth.
